Refund eligibility depends on the service stage, work already performed, non-refundable provider costs, applicable terms and law.
Request process
Submit refund requests through the authenticated billing area. Each request receives a recorded status and, when paid, a provider transaction reference.
No approval guarantee
A service fee payment does not guarantee KYC, account or card approval. This does not automatically make every completed service refundable.
